FoodWIN

FoodWIN is an expertise centre focused on food waste. We provide key players in the food chain with the right tools and guidance to reduce food waste. Specifically, we offer hands-on programmes for large company and government canteens, hotels, restaurants, and food businesses. FoodWIN:

• offers tailored guidance for large-scale kitchens in hospitals, care homes, staff canteens, schools, retailers and catering establishments.
• builds a strong network of actors committed to combating food waste.
• forms the Flemish knowledge hub and the point of contact for cities, municipalities, intermunicipal companies, retailers, and other organisations.

FoodWIN is part of Rikolto, an international organisation striving for healthy and sustainable food systems worldwide.
