Spacious designer bath in DuroCast® combines functionality with sleek design

Duravit adds a new element to designer Christian Werner's Vitrium bathroom range: a spacious bathtub that visually and functionally perfectly complements the existing collection. The bath is made of DuroCast®, a mineral composite material with a matt, velvety finish, and is available as a freestanding model or front wall version measuring 1850 x 950 mm.

The Vitrium collection consists of a full bathroom range including a rectilinear base cabinet, a round top washbasin and a rectangular c-bonded basin, and now also a spacious bathtub, characterised by clean lines and timeless design. The combination of geometry, functionality and high-quality materials forms a coherent bathroom concept. The subtly staggered bath rim is a striking element that not only brings visual tranquillity, but is also practical for accessories.

Practical design with aesthetic detail

The Vitrium bath is distinguished by a narrow, continuous rim that subtly frames the bath and serves not only as a visual detail but is also functional. The rim creates space for accessories such as personal care products, scented candles or a drink. The design is fully in line with Werner's philosophy: a luxurious, modern bathroom culture that is functional, sensual and timeless. The material used DuroCast® provides a pleasant, soft touch and a smooth, silk-matt look that adds elegance to the room. This finish is also reflected in the matching washbasins, visually coordinating all elements of the series.

Flexible design

The bath in the series is available in two versions: a freestanding version and a front wall version, both with generous dimensions of 1850 x 950 mm. The front wall version is optionally available with the Air System, a subtle air massage system for extra comfort. For those who want to combine functionality with natural materials, a matching shelf made of solid oak is available.
