A new chapter is burgeoning on the first floor of an iconic 19th-century building. The historic heritage site Hotel Fleur de Ville is getting a temporary second breath as Le Premier Étage: an atmospheric collection of three intimate spaces where imagination, elegance and character come together effortlessly. With room for a total of 79 guests, this unique venue will be an inspiring place to meet, celebrate moments, launch novelties or simply get together.
If you want to impress with an elegant location, luxurious materials and historical details, the Hotel Fleur de Ville in Brussels is temporarily available. With spaces for 15 to 44 people, Le Premier Étage is the venue of choice for intimate, high-end events. ”The three available rooms are designed to take both business and personal events to the next level,” Fleur de Ville general manager Céline de Schuyteneer proudly tells us. “Le Premier étage offers real added value for professional and private events. With its intimate atmosphere, refined decor and the historical character of the building, the space feels exclusive yet warm. The security of the rooms, their unique character and the architectural beauty of the venue create an inspiring environment, perfect for adding an exceptional dimension to any event.”
With its rich 19th-century heritage, the building is an ideal backdrop for events that focus on storytelling, experience and brand identity. The spaces are suitable for press events, intimate receptions, workshops, executive meetings, launches and more. Room Era seats 44 people and is perfect for seated meetings, small conferences and product presentations. Salon Rouge can welcome 20 people, making it best suited for board meetings, brainstorming sessions or discreet, private events. Lounge can accommodate 15 people and is available until 6pm. You can go there for day seminars, coaching sessions or private lunches.
The three rooms will be available from the end of November to April 2026. A new use for the three rooms will then be announced.
Just as every detail in these spaces has been thought about, each event is also tailor-made. Catering is possible and additional facilities, such as technical equipment or support, can be provided on request.
