From 6 to 10 February 2026, the hospitality sector will come together in Frankfurt. With a stronger focus on hospitality and interior design, new formats and a clear commitment to the sector, Ambiente 2026 will be the meeting place for everyone who wants to create a lasting guest experience.
Visitors to the world's leading trade fair for dining culture and hospitality can look forward to numerous novelties, with insights into tomorrow's experiential worlds and even more interaction, live formats and targeted matchmaking for professionals.
Under this name, Ambiente bundles its entire B2B portfolio into one clear and coherent concept, fully tailored to diverse target groups, from specialised wholesalers to interior designers and hospitality professionals. Visitors will find the Special Interest areas HoReCa, Hospitality Interiors and Contract Business conveniently grouped together.

Another highlight is the new Interior Design & Architecture Hub with integrated Academy in Hall 3.1. This was designed by Ambiente Designer 2026 Katty Schiebeck. The Barcelona-based designer, of Uruguayan origin, is known for her combination of sensory clarity, natural materials and atmospheric lighting. Her walk-in installation shows how hospitality takes shape in space, from choice of materials to lighting design.
You will also find Interior Looks in Hall 3.1: a sharply curated presentation area for buyers from the hospitality and contract sectors, where selected interior brands will showcase their solutions. From furniture and lighting to home textiles: carefully curated, design-oriented and perfectly tailored to hospitality.
In addition, the materials presentation At the table with nature - developed in cooperation with Healthy Materials Lab Europe and the interior design studio Raumgesichte - offers inspiration around healthy and sustainable building materials.
New to 2026 is a collaboration with Westwing, the renowned European home and living platform. Westwing is curating the Hospitality Academy in the foyer of hall 11.0. This area forms the substantive bridge to Hall 3.1, the hub for interior design, hospitality interiors and contract business.

For the first time, the Saturday of the fair is entirely dedicated to Hotelier's Day, aimed at decision-makers from hotel, restaurant, kitchen and F&B management. “Personal exchange and trust, no digital tool can replace that,” says Thomas Kastl, managing director of Ambiente Dining. Through panels, tours and networking events, the focus is on concrete solutions to current challenges such as staff shortages, rising costs and changing guest expectations.

Another highlight is the Kitchen Show - Spot on Kitchen Essentials, featuring live cooking sessions and well-known chefs in Galleria 1 South. At the same time, exhibitors such as Bonna, BHS tabletop, Nachtmann, Spiegelau, Villeroy & Boch and RAK Porcelain Europe will show how creative storytelling works within b2b.
Ambiente 2026 provides the stage where visions of hospitality come to life. Frankfurt shows what hospitality of tomorrow means: spaces that inspire, experiences that stick.
