From Wednesday 19 August, Frites Atelier is introducing a porcelain dish for serving frites in the Belgian Ateliers. With the introduction, the fast-casual concept is opting for a more premium presentation and reducing the use of single-use materials for guests eating their fries on the premises.
The porcelain dish has been specially designed for Frites Atelier and features the recognisable Frites Atelier logo. The new tableware fits the concept, in which quality, craftsmanship and the experience surrounding Frites take centre stage. For guests who prefer to take their Frites away, the familiar blue paper container remains available.
The launch takes place during the 10th anniversary year of Frites Atelier. To celebrate the introduction of the porcelain container and the anniversary, Frites Atelier is adding Sergio’s Perfect Serve to the menu: fries, two sauces of your choice and a glass of champagne, for €15. Served is the Piollot Père & Fils Brut – Cuvée Exclusive pour Sergio Herman, a cuvée with which chef and co-founder of Frites Atelier, Sergio Herman, has a personal connection.
“With this new porcelain dish, we are taking a step in how we want to present our Frites: with care, craftsmanship and respect for the product. This cuvée fits that perfectly, a champagne in which personal story, art and craft come together.” — Sergio Herman
