Stardekk becomes part of Lighthouse

Stardekk, a leading player in channel management and distribution software for the lodging industry, is now part of Lighthouse (formerly OTA Insight), the largest commercial platform for the hospitality sector. This is another step forward in both companies' commitment to support commercial teams in the hospitality sector with a single platform to drive revenue growth. Fortino Capital, a European investment firm focused on B2B software, had been Stardekk's partner since 2020.

The Stardekk team and products, including the Cubilis channel management solution, will continue to exist and be further developed. The combined technology platform will bring together Lighthouse's data and artificial intelligence with Stardekk's distribution capabilities, giving hoteliers unprecedented dynamic optimisation of booking channels. The integrated platform will make it easier for hoteliers to make real-time decisions in a rapidly evolving market.
