RoomRaccoon, a leading all-in-one hotel management system, has announced Yoy Bergs as the master of ceremonies at the Check-In Hospitality Summit in Breda, the Netherlands. This is the second time Yoy Bergs has acted as chairperson of the day for RoomRaccoon's major event.
As a PhD student and lecturer in organisational behaviour, Yoy Bergs has an impressive academic background that forms the basis of her teaching style, looking at navigating our multiple identities in the dynamic and turbulent hospitality sector.

The Check-In Hospitality Summit is a series of events organised by RoomRaccoon for independent hoteliers in various cities around the world. The event brings together industry entrepreneurs and leading technology solutions to provide the hospitality sector with actionable strategies to drive business growth.
RoomRaccoon first introduced the Check-In Hospitality Summit in November 2021 at the Inspirium in Breda. According to the organisers, the event was a great success and 60 hoteliers attended. Since then, RoomRaccoon has organised four more Check-In events in Scotland, South Africa, Germany and France.

This year, Bergs will return as master of ceremonies. She will mediate the event's global panel discussion, which will feature six speakers from leading companies in the industry: OTA Insight, Expedia, MOORE Global, Assa Abloy, Effecty EN RoomRaccoon.

The panel discussion will focus on the global impact of the hospitality industry and the implications for the hotel industry in the Netherlands in particular. Topics such as the current state of international travel, addressing staff shortages and the future of hotel technology will be discussed.
